Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after being received. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 12 p.m. EST through Sunday, or on public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery usually takes between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s service.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pixibeam Shop is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages During Shipping
Pixibeam Shop is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipment. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting your claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries
We make every effort to verify the accuracy of shipping addresses provided at checkout. If an address cannot be validated, we will attempt to contact you for correction. If we are unable to confirm the correct address, your order may be canceled and refunded. Pixibeam Shop is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at pixibeamshop01@gmail.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the investigation is complete, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please allow up to 21 days for the carrier’s investigation process.

Shipping Delays
Due to increased demand or global supply chain issues, shipping may take longer than expected. Please allow an additional 1–4 business days for processing during such periods.
